A renowned name in social media ‘Versatile Vicky’ who became famous for her 900 calories egg diet which promised to lose 10Kg in 10 days have yet again marked her presence with her new YouTube video where she has come up with Oatmeal Plan.

Every one of us wants to attain that perfect figure and get back to shape. Increasing weight brings unnecessary problems to our life, low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence, and serious health hazards as well.

Versatile Vicky is a known name for her solution to weight loss. Though there are thousands of weight loss programs coming up on the internet every now and then, her weight loss programs are easy to follow. Vicky, in her diet plans, involves easy to get materials and thus making the process smooth and cost-effective as well. Her most successful video on weight loss was her 900 calorie egg diet which challenges to cut off 10Kg of fat within 10 days. Her viewers reviewed their success stories on her YouTube channel expressing their gratitude towards her.

Yet again she has come up with a new plan which challenges to reduce 7 Kg weight in 7 days. This time it is especially for those who are vegetarians and cannot follow her egg diet.

As the name suggests the main ingredient of this diet is Oats. Let’s get into the detailed diet plan:

Breakfast- Overnight Oats & Green Tea

Overnight Oats recipe: take 5 tablespoons of plain Oats and add it to 10 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of Flax seeds, half tablespoon of Cinnamon powder, few soaked and broken Almonds and 1 tablespoon honey (optional). Mix all the ingredients well and keep it overnight in the refrigerator. To make it more healthy and filling add one chopped apple freshly cut in the morning and enjoy your breakfast.

To make the process more effective have a cup of warm green tea with breakfast.

Lunch- Oats Omelette or Oats Raita

Non-veg option: whisk 3 eggs with salt and pepper and keep aside, chop mushrooms and Dill leaves. Now add a spoon of oil in a frying pan and add the mushrooms and sauté for a minute. Later add 3 tablespoon of oats and sauté for a minute. Then add the chopped Dill leaves. Cook for around 2 minutes and pour the egg mixture. Rotate and fry the Omlette from both the sides and your lunch is ready.

Veg Option: there is a substitute of egg omlette with oats carrot raita.

Evening Snacks- Oats Bhel and Fat Cutter Tea

 To make Oats Bhel, take 1 large cup of dry roasted Oats, 1/4th cup of Corn Flakes, 2 tablespoon each of chopped onion, capsicum, cucumber, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon each of gherkins, fresh chilies and lemon juice, fresh coriander leaves to garnish and salt to taste. Mix the above ingredients with slightly brown roasted Oats and serve as an evening snack.

Late Evening Snacks

Have a small bowl of freshly cut papaya or a whole apple.

Dinner- Oatmeal and Green Tea

Add 3 tablespoon of Oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of Flax Seeds, 4-5 sliced almonds, 3-4 sliced prunes, half cup of milk and 1 and a half cup of water. Let the mixture come to boil. Once it starts boiling add a pinch of cinnamon powder and add a little honey and half diced apple for garnish. Enjoy your dinner.

This weight loss program gives you soluble fiber, protein and a good amount of carbohydrates, to maintain energy level throughout the day.

The calorie count has been divided throughout the day as:

Breakfast-200 Calories

Lunch- 450 Calories

Evening Snacks- 99 Calories

Dinner- 160 Calories
