Being a successful and most celebrated director and producer of films, Karan reveals his excitement on the release of his film is still the same as before. He also revealed that he is still a child who is a fan of Indian Cinema.

Not many directors are as famous as Karan Johar. He is famous in Hindi film industry and is a celebrity whose stardom is none the less of an actor today. With successful, family-oriented films in his kitty, Karan has proved to be one of the most successful filmmakers of Hindi film industry. He has offered a varied range of cinema for his loving audience which includes the super hits like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kal Ho Na Ho, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and still he continues to excite his audience with films like the multi-starrer Kalank.

After the brilliant performance of his latest film Kalank in the Box Office, it is about his next Takth. The film is said to be released next year and as it is KJO’s film we have a higher expectation and a good creation takes time.

Takth has a strong star cast which includes Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor, Jahnvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Anil Kapoor and others. With Takth, Karan Johan wants to make a comeback to strong emotional and dynamic family film.

He also revealed that he is still a child who is a fan of Indian Cinema. He further went into saying that his enthusiasm remains the same on every Friday morning when his film is about to release, he still feels anxious, nervous and stressed, no matter how many times he has experienced it.

With a heavy weighted film like Kalank, Karan also had a lot for his young fan followings. Student of The Year 2 witnessed the debut of Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria whereas Tiger Shroff was the male lead in the film.
