Varun at last broke the silence and declared he have more than enough projects this year to be completed

Varun Dhavan who is currently occupied with various projects is entangled between shooting for Remo D’Souza’s Street Dancer 3D and promoting his upcoming film Kalank. Kalank is a much awaited film and has a strong star cast of Varun, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapoor, and Sonakshi Sinha. Post this film, Varun will be involved in Coolie No.1, which is a remake of a film by Govinda of which David Dhawan was the director. This time as well the sequal will be coordinated by the father and son duo. It has been a yet another hectic schedule for Varun when he was thrown with the news of replacing Rajkumar Rao in Stree 2.

Stree which attracted great success in the first part had enough opportunities to surface with the second part. And when the news has raised that Stree 2 is under consideration of making, there has been news that Rajkumar Rao will be replaced by Varun Dhavan.

In an interview Varun said he was aware of the grapevine building somewhere but he has not been offered the movie and neither has he time to do the film as he is entangled with lots of project this year.

After the release of Kalank and the shoot of Street Dancer 3D, Varun will be working for Coolie No.1 remake which is a much awaited venture of the father and son duo. David Dhawan who is directing the film said, it is a complete different from the original movie, he further added, “How can it be the same? My original Coolie No.1 was made 24 years ago. That was a different era. Everything from clothes to the language to the morals have changed. What was unacceptable back then is acceptable now, and vice versa.”

Varun, whose marriage was also heard to be on the cards by this year, said he will get married to his longtime girlfriend Natasha Dalal but not this year due to his enormous work commitments.
