Virat Kohli seems to be unhappy when Rishab Pant tried to copy the No-Look-Flick of MS Dhoni on the fourth ODI in Mohali
Former Indian Cricket Team Captain MS Dhoni was replaced by Rishabh Pant on the fourth ODI in Mohali recently. Rishabh got the chance to play for the last two games of the five days series against Australia. Pant impressed with the bat scoring a 26-ball 34. Regardless of his performance, the young player did not witness a happy return behind the stumps as he missed a few clear-cut chances. Lastly he tried to copy the on-look flick of MS Dhoni but failed to do so, he drew angry look form the Indian Skipper and captain Virat Kohli.
Kohli looked quiet annoyed on Pant as he tried a direct hit with a between-the-leg flick which was misjudged and the ball went over the stumps and lead a chance for the Aussies to sneak in an overthrow.
Along with Virat Kohli, Yuzvendra Chahal also did not looked happy while Pant smiled awkwardly after his failed attempt. Look into the video clip yourself to get a clear picture of the situation.
Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma were the opening batsman whose partnership took team India to a successful 359 and Dhawan did a sensational century.
After such a wonderful performance by Indian batsmen, things turned out to be in favor of the Aussies. Ashton Turner became the game changer and helped Australia to chase the mammoth score of 359.
This was the very first time in the history of India cricket that India failed to win after setting such a huge target and was defeated by 4 wickets.
This was Turner’s second ODI where he has performed remarkably scoring 84 runs off 43 balls. He has hit five boundaries and six sixes to help Australia to win the match.
